Love the smell of fresh coffee each morning,
I am really pleased with this coffee maker. We use it every morning and the timer is very handy. It means that we walk to the kitchen and smell lovely fresh coffee each day. A small downside is that there is a small gap to pour the water into the machine meaning that it is easy to spill water. But all in all I am pleased with it.

Apart from the irritating blue lights, this is a great filter coffee maker. It brews coffee very quickly and the coffee is hot (indeed hotter than our Krupps machine it has replaced). C Minchin is right the only drawback is the small gap for filling the water reservoir but that can be easily overcome by using a pouring jug. And in case you’re wondering there is absolutely no nasty plastic smell or taste with this Morphy Richard coffee maker, unlike model 47070. Thoroughly recommend!

Does exactly what it says on the box and beats getting the cafetierre out every morning! If you love filter coffee as it comes then you can’t go wrong. Great value for money. Hot plate great if you’re not up in time for the programme!
